Terms of Service

Listing-grade is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You upload photos of a rental property. We enhance them — light, colour balance, straightening, tidying — and return listing-ready versions you can download and use. We do not add, remove, or invent structural features, and we do not stage rooms with furniture that isn’t there.

• Credits are prepaid. You buy them up front and spend them as you enhance photos.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire.
• If a job fails terminally on our side, the credits for that job are refunded to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

You must own the rights to every photo you upload, or have permission from whoever does. You keep ownership of your originals and of the enhanced versions we return. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your photos so we can deliver the service to you.

• Enhanced photos must honestly represent the actual property. Do not use the service to misrepresent a unit’s condition, size, layout, or finishes.
• You are responsible for how you use the output — including compliance with the rules of any listing platform and with local advertising, housing, and consumer law.
• Do not upload content you have no rights to, content depicting people without their consent, or anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or resell the service.

We work hard to keep the service running and the output good, but it is provided “as-is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, a particular processing time, or a particular visual result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time through the contact page. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or puts other users or the platform at risk. Unused credits on an account terminated for abuse are forfeited.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be emailed to account holders.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Alberta.
