Rentfaster listings are browsed as a photo gallery with amenity filters attached, so completeness wins: photograph every room plus parking, laundry, storage, and any outdoor space, because those are the fields renters filter on. Upload landscape, full-resolution JPEGs and keep the ordering consistent with a physical walkthrough of the unit.

Which photo goes first
The living room or the best-lit main space, in landscape.
The first image is the only one most people ever see. It decides whether the listing gets opened, so it should be the brightest, widest, most representative frame you have — not the one that happens to be first in your camera roll.
Getting more out of a Rentfaster listing
- —Photograph the parking stall and the laundry, in-suite or shared. Both are filterable and both are doubted when missing.
- —Winter exteriors are fine — an honest snowy driveway beats no exterior photo at all.
- —Include a shot that shows the heating type if it's a selling point (in-floor, baseboard, forced air).
- —Keep the same white balance across the set so the gallery reads as one unit.
Stay on the right side of the rules
Every major platform prohibits photos that misrepresent the property. Correcting exposure, white balance, and wall geometry is fine — those fix the camera, not the unit.
