Privacy Policy

These are plain-language drafts written for clarity, not lawyer-reviewed legal documents. They describe how we actually operate. If you need formal legal terms for your own business, have a lawyer review them.

1. Who we are

Listing-grade is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and, if you provide one, a display name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them.
  • Photos you upload — the originals plus the enhanced versions we generate, along with the property and room labels you give them.
  • Usage telemetry — technical records of uploads and enhancement jobs (timings, stages, errors, credit transactions). We use these to debug failures and to refund credits correctly.

3. Your photos

Your photos are stored in private storage tied to your account so you can come back and download them later. They are not public, not browsable by other users, and not used to train any AI model.

To enhance a photo, we send it to a third-party AI image provider for processing and receive the enhanced version back. That provider processes the image to fulfil our request only.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them. We keep a record of what you bought, when, and how many credits it granted.

5. Email

We send transactional email: account confirmation, password resets, receipts, and occasional product notices. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop security and billing emails, which are required to run your account.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your photos and account data for as long as your account is active, so your work stays available to you. You can request deletion of specific photos, or of your entire account and its data, through the contact page. We keep the minimum billing records required for tax and accounting purposes after deletion.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage for authentication and session state — keeping you signed in — and for basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

8. Contact

Questions about your data, or want a copy or deletion? Reach us through the contact page.
