The short answer
Listing-grade charges per photo, not per month. One enhanced photo costs 1.5 credits, and credit packs run from $20.00 to $100.00 — which works out to between $1.00 and $0.91 per finished photo. New accounts get 12 credits free (8 photos) with no card required, and credits never expire.

Every pack buys the same thing — the packs only change the price per photo. A one-bedroom apartment is usually 8–12 photos; a three-bedroom house with a yard is closer to 20–30.
